Do you ever dream that you could just wave a magic wand and all anxiety, frustration, and worry would disappear? You can stop dreaming and start waving! Because this treasure trove of information that I’m about to share with you is cosmically charged energizing you to be focused on living blissfully.
You might be thinking, how is that possible? Stay with me now, while I explain. Have you ever been driving on a blacktop highway and noticed the waves of energy rising off of the pavement on a very hot day? These waves appear to dissipate into the air as we approach.
On the other hand, when we’re not focused and unaware, we’re still thinking and vibrating at a lower energy. We notice the unsupportive thoughts that join ours, such as, “Why do you think you can be blissful daily?” or “Bliss is not all it’s cracked up to be.”
The choice is yours.
Choose daily to be mindful of your thoughts. Being mindful can take getting use to because we experience more than sixty thousand thoughts daily. On which of these will you choose to place your focus and which will you discard? Your most important task is to practice mindfulness so that you become unstoppable in choosing only those thought that support you in living your blissful life.
The ease or difficulty you experience in creating your blissful life is entirely up to you. You now have tools to be free of anxiety, frustration, and worry.
Remember the challenge you’ve taken for yourself and send the unsupportive thoughts back out into the universe with love. Refocus your thoughts on your desired goal, lifting your vibration and smile allowing bliss to permeate you.
