Challenge 7

 

Did you just watch this video and think, “well Inez, that might work for you, but how would it work for me? Most everything I see is negative and brings me down.”

Believe me when I tell you that I understand. I’m not saying there there will not be some things that occur that make you feel as if, you can’t go no. Especially, when they seem to occur one after the other, over and over again. Do not be dismayed!

This happens to all of us, and we question it. Asking the right questions is a great way to lift your spirits. Instead of, “Why does this always happen to me?” Ask, “Why am I so lucky that these great things are happening to me?” Notice the difference in the way you feel by asking a differ-ent question.

Feeling lucky lifts your vibration and causes an overall feeling of happy expectations. Positive thinking or optimism is a mental attitude or perspective wherein you approach unpleasant things and events in a productive and positive way. You always look forward to the best and not to the worst. Positive thinking allows us to look at the brighter side of things. Even when everything seems so wrong and impossible to fix, you have that mindset that you can get through these ob-stacles in one way or another.
